As a result of our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative. 

The Customer Service Representative handles incoming phone calls, coordinates incoming sales inquiries, service requests, and internet correspondence. 

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and coordinate schedules of sales and service teams
  • Customer follow up on website inquiries 
  • Provide information back to customers based on their questions and needs 
  • Manage required paperwork and records 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use multiple computer and telephone software applications
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn new information 
  • Automotive experience a plus
