Sales Consultant, Bilingual (Spanish)

Loyalty Used Car Super Center is part of the successful and growing Loyalty Automotive group of dealerships in the Richmond area. As our dealership continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced sales people to grow with us. If you have a natural sales ability, are fluent in Spanish, love the automotive industry and are looking for the next BIG opportunity, we’d love to talk to you.  

Responsibilities: 

• Manage in-coming customers
• Consult with customers on what they’re looking for
• Present vehicle options
• Customer follow-up 
• Follow customer through the sale
• Work closely with sales managers and F&I 

Job requirements: 

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive environment 
• Fluency in Spanish 
• People skills
• Strong written and verbal communication ability 
• Good presentation skills
• Computer and digital knowledge 
• Motivated
• Customer-focused
